The mid engine C8 Z06 is an incredible platform, but once you start leaning on it with real aero and slicks the factory brakes reach their limits quickly. The RWE x Alcon C8 Z06 Full Brake Kit takes Alcon’s Pro-System technology and packages it specifically to clear popular 18 inch track wheels, giving you proper motorsport braking performance without being locked into oversized 19 and 20 inch tire options.

Motorsport hardware, tailored with RWE for the C8 Z06

Developed in partnership between RaceWerkz Engineering and Alcon, this front and rear system uses forged multi piston calipers and large two piece floating rotors engineered around the C8 Z06 chassis and electronics. Rotor diameter, hat offset and caliper profile are optimized to clear 18 inch wheels while maintaining correct bias with the stock master cylinder, booster and ABS, so pedal feel stays confidence inspiring on road and circuit.

Why 18 inch wheel clearance matters

Being able to run 18 inch wheels on a C8 Z06 unlocks a wider range of motorsport tires, lowers consumable costs and gives you more sidewall support over curbs and bumps. This kit was built around that goal from day one, not adapted later, so caliper and rotor sizing work with 18 inch barrels without compromising pad shape or thermal capacity.

Anodized finish and long term serviceability

This version of the kit uses a hard anodized caliper finish for a classic motorsport look with excellent corrosion resistance. Like all Alcon Pro-System hardware, components are fully rebuildable with support and spares available, so you can service the kit rather than replacing it when it eventually wears.
