MCS Hydraulic Front Axle Lift Kit

Modern performance cars are getting lower, wider and more aggressive, which is great on track and not so great for steep driveways, trailer ramps and speed bumps. The MCS Hydraulic Front Axle Lift Kit solves that problem without giving up the ride height and geometry your car needs to work properly on track. Designed to integrate with Motion Control Suspension coilovers, this system gives you a push button nose lift solution that matches the quality and durability of the dampers underneath it.

Whether you are daily driving, running frequent track days or moving cars on and off trailers, the lift kit makes living with a low splitter far easier while leaving your spring rates and damper behavior unchanged when it is not in use.

Why Add a Hydraulic Front Axle Lift

  • Real world usability: Raise the front axle at low speeds to clear driveways, ramps and speed bumps that would otherwise scrape splitters and undertrays.
  • Track focused stance: Run the ride height your alignment and aero package need without building in extra “safety” height just to survive city driving.
  • Minimal compromise: When the system is not activated the lift assemblies sit fully compressed in the stack, so spring preload and damper behavior remain consistent.
  • MCS level quality: Hardware, seals and lines are designed with the same motorsport mindset as MCS dampers, built for repeated use in demanding environments.
  • Clean integration: Compact components and a simple cabin control switch keep the installation tidy and easy to use day to day.

How the MCS Hydraulic Front Axle Lift Works

The system uses compact hydraulic cups mounted on the front damper assemblies, paired with a dedicated pump, reservoir and control hardware. When you press the lift switch at low speeds, hydraulic pressure extends the cups and raises the front axle, giving you additional clearance at the nose. Once you pass the obstacle, you lower the car back to its normal ride height and the cups return to their fully compressed position.

Because the lift components are designed to work with MCS coilovers, they maintain proper spring alignment and load paths. The result is a system that does what you need on the street without introducing unwanted noise or behavior when you are at pace on track.

Works With Your MCS Coilovers

The Hydraulic Front Axle Lift Kit is designed to be used with MCS damper packages on supported chassis. It can be:

  • Added to a new MCS kit ordered through us, so the full assembly is built and checked together.
  • Retrofitted to an existing MCS suspension on cars where packaging and fitment allow.

Because space around the front suspension, brake lines and reservoirs varies by platform, we recommend contacting us with your chassis details and current setup. We will confirm compatibility, any additional parts required and the best way to integrate the lift kit with your existing MCS system.

Installation and Use

Installation involves fitting the hydraulic cups to the front damper assemblies, routing lines and mounting the pump, reservoir and control hardware, then wiring the cabin switch. We strongly recommend professional installation, especially on track driven cars where routing and heat management are critical.

Once installed, operation is straightforward. At low speeds you raise the front axle before driveways, ramps or speed bumps, then lower the car again once clear. On track, the system remains inactive and the suspension behaves exactly like a standard MCS setup.

Built for Street and Track

Like the dampers themselves, the MCS Hydraulic Front Axle Lift Kit is designed with long term serviceability in mind. Components are built to handle real use, not just occasional demonstrations, and can be inspected and serviced as part of your regular suspension maintenance.

If you are unsure whether this kit is right for your car or how best to integrate it with your MCS coilovers, reach out for a quick consultation and we will walk you through options, packaging considerations and what to expect from the system in daily and track use.

* Kit does not include hydraulic hoses or complete car-fitment electrical. These components are vehicle-specific and dependent on your install location and must be developed separately by your installer.

Installation note: Custom hydraulic lines and wiring are required for installation.

How Do I Choose?

Selecting the right damper kit for your vehicle can be confusing. With options from 1-way to 4-way remote adjustability, Street/Track Assembly, PASM options and more, it's easy to get overwhelmed.

Luckily we've put together a quick guide to help you make your selection!
